HUMAN is free to use. By posting a message, reply, or report, you agree to these terms. HUMAN is intended for people aged 16 and over.

What you can post

Share honestly and reply with kindness. Please don't post:

• names, contact details, addresses, workplaces, or anything else that could identify you or another person
• threats, harassment, bullying, hate, or targeted abuse
• sexual content, or anything involving a child
• content that encourages self-harm, violence, or illegal activity
• spam, advertising, or links
• anything you don't have the right to share

Moderation

Every message and reply is reviewed before it appears, and moderators may approve, decline, hide, or remove any content at their discretion and without notice. Anyone can use the Report button to flag a published message.

Your words

You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting it, you give HUMAN permission to store it and, if approved, display it on the site. You can ask for it to be removed at any time; see the privacy notice.

No advice, no guarantees

Replies come from other visitors and are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. HUMAN isn't a crisis service. We provide the site as it is and can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
